Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager specializing in Fire alarm systems and Life Safety, based in Surrey, Middlesex, Kent, etc.

The role involves becoming the client's go-to adviser for all things Fire, handling technical fire alarm questions, assisting sales to close deals, and managing demanding, high-level clients such as Hospitals, Shopping Centres, etc.

* £55,000+ base salary
* Commission/ Earnings expected - c. £80-100,000
* 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Role for - Technical Account Manager - Fire Alarm Key Account Manager Role
* General Fire Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of fire-related disciplines including extinguishers, suppression, compartmentation, FRA's, with a focus on Fire Alarms.
* Relationship Building: Strong relationship builder to become the go-to Fire adviser.
* Account Management: Experience managing large and key client accounts such as Hospitals, Shopping Centres, Large Commercial sites.
* Sales/Closing: Ability to close sales, conduct surveys, and be present at the right place at the right time.
* Organisation / Admin / IT Skills: Capable of managing a busy workload and producing reports using MS Excel, etc.
* Project Management: Understanding of project delivery processes.
* Financial/Commercial Awareness: Ability to understand profitability and advise accordingly.
* Technical/Fire Alarm Design: FIA qualification in design or experience in fire detection system design, including project costing.
