We're Hiring: Commercial Construction Site Manager
Nationwide (UK) - Full Time - Commercial Projects
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects in the hospitality sector? Join Applewood Construction as Site Manager and take charge of exciting developments across the UK.
What You'll Do
* Lead site operations on commercial construction projects from start to finish.
* Oversee groundworks, drainage, steel frame installations, demolition, and fit-outs.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, CDM and project specs.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to deliver on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Maintain accurate site records and and daily progress reports.
What You'll Need
* Proven experience managing the full construction cycle in commercial construction sites.
* Strong knowledge of groundworks, steel structures, refurbishments, and fit-outs.
* SMSTS & First Aid Certification (required)
* CSCS card (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
