The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of warehouse administration, stock control, and customer service support. The role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order processing, and professional communication with both internal teams and external customers. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of goods received, dispatched, returned, or transferred. Support stock control processes including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and investigating discrepancies. Process delivery notes, purchase orders, returns, and invoices in line with company procedures. Monitor stock levels and proactively raise low stock or supply concerns to management. Handle customer enquiries related to stock availability, delivery status, and order queries in a timely and professional manner. Liaise with couriers, suppliers, and customers to arrange deliveries, collections, and resolve issues. Produce regular reports on stock movement, order fulfilment, and inventory accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards in the warehouse environment. Provide administrative and customer support to the warehouse and operations teams as needed. Skills & Experience Previous experience in warehouse administration, stock control, or a similar role. Strong IT skills, including MS Office and warehouse/ERP systems. Excellent customer service skills with a professional telephone and email manner. Strong attention to detail with good numerical accuracy. Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively. Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Desirable Experience with ERP or stock management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
