Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent cleaning services.
Duties:
* Clean and sanitise designated areas such as offices, washrooms, communal spaces, and new build houses
* Carry out builders' cleans, sparkle cleans, and re-cleans on new build properties
* Remove construction dust, paint splashes, adhesives, and other building residues
* Ensure properties are presented to handover standards for new homeowners
* Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
* Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
* Replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels
* Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in English language
* Valid driving licence for transportation to different work locations
* Strong customer service orientation
* Experience in cleaning new build properties or willingness to undergo training
* Understanding of health & safety practices on construction sites (CSCS card desirable but not essential)

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
