Working the busier Friday and Saturday shifts you will be the warm welcome to our beautiful Italian restaurant here in Bruton. As host you will play a key role in our guest’s experience. You will be there at the door to welcome them into our beautiful restaurant, find the right table for them inside or outside and acknowledge any special occasions they are here to celebrate. Your warm welcome will set the tone for the rest of their meal as the waiting team take over with the dining experience. Our hosts help with key information too, such as allergies and special requirements as we set up the plan for the day. You also won’t mind mucking in to help ensure a great service every time with clearing tables and serving guests when needed. About Da Costa Da Costa has been named for and inspired by Artfarm co-founder Iwan Wirth’s maternal grandfather, who originated from the small mountainous village of Rivamonte Agordino in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. He emigrated to Switzerland in the early 20th century and opened a restaurant much loved for its simple, honest fare. A century later, and some 800 miles from that first restaurant, Da Costa continues this glorious culinary adventure.
