Responsibilities

* Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling stock levels to minimise waste.
* Train and develop team members in hospitality best practices, serving techniques, and product knowledge.
* Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
* Ensure compliance with licensing laws and regulations related to alcohol service.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the restaurant or hotel setting.
Qualifications
* Proven supervisory experience in a bar environment is essential.
