Archer Resourcing are looking for an experienced mental health support worker to join the team in Shropshire.
The service is a rehabilitation care home supporting service users with brain injuries and mental health illnesses. The role is on an initial 3-6 month basis.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support of the people within the service including (but not limited to) help with budgeting, shopping, cleaning, cooking, laundry and assistance with medication. Each and every person we support is unique so we encourage our teams to get creative, promoting each individuals independence, choice and dignity whilst still having plenty of fun along the way.
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS – on the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today
* 3 months’ experience within health and social care
* Full driving licence and access to own vehicle is advantageous
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Idealistic traits; Caring, reliable, trustworthy, flexible, empathetic, passionate
