The Candidate
* Strong experience in private wealth work
* The technical confidence to advise on estates, trusts and tax planning
* A commercial mindset and genuine enthusiasm for business development
* The credibility to act as a trusted adviser to clients and referrers
* The ability to work autonomously while collaborating at a senior level
* STEP or SFE accreditation
* Experience developing referrer relationships with accountants or IFAs
* Exposure to higher-value or complex estates
* Involvement in mentoring or supporting junior lawyers
* A growing personal network or interest in profile-raising activities
