Responsibilities
1. Lead and support signalling & telecoms technicians to meet performance targets
2. Monitor asset reliability, safety, and maintenance delivery
3. Provide technical guidance, inspections, and fault investigations
4. Manage safety compliance, assurance, and non-conformance processes
5. Review and approve method statements and work plans
6. Maintain accurate engineering records and systems
7. Undertake staff surveillance and quality/asset checks
Essential Requirements
8. Strong signalling/telecoms engineering experience in rail
9. Knowledge of maintenance processes, standards, and safety compliance
10. Experience in operational railway environments
11. Ability to manage incidents, failures, and technical investigations
12. IRSE licence (signalling)
13. HNC/HND or equivalent
14. Strong communication and leadership skills
