About the Role We’re looking for friendly, confident and customer-focused individuals to join a busy
Repairs Contact Centre Team. As a
Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the
first point of contact for customers, helping them report repair issues and ensuring their queries are handled quickly and professionally. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where your communication and problem-solving skills will make a real difference to customers every day.
Key Responsibilities Answering inbound calls from customers reporting repair issues Providing clear information and resolving queries where possible Accurately logging call details and case updates on internal systems Liaising with internal teams and external contractors to progress repairs Making outbound calls to update customers on the status of their cases Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times Supporting the wider team with additional administrative tasks when required
