We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years (120+ months) of expertise in the insurance domain, with a strong focus on claims management and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a Guidewire Certified Professional – ClaimCenter Business Analyst, preferably a Certified Guidewire ACE, with deep functional and technical knowledge of Guidewire platforms and insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders across claims, underwriting, and policy servicing to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
* Lead and optimize end-to-end insurance workflows including claims intake, adjudication, and settlement.
* Drive Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as a bridge between business and technical teams.
* Conduct gap analysis and recommend scalable, efficient solutions leveraging Guidewire capabilities.
* Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, data privacy laws, and internal governance policies.
* Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, and Power BI for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Insurance, or a related field.
* Guidewire Certified Professional – ClaimCenter Business Analyst (Certified Guidewire ACE).
* Minimum 10 years (120+ months) of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
* Strong understanding of the claim’s lifecycle, insurance products, and regulatory frameworks.
* Proven experience in Agile environments and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with other Guidewire modules such as PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
* Additional certifications such as ACE, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or domain-specific credentials (e.g., LOMA, AINS).
* Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or legacy modernization projects in insurance.
