Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Support Worker to join The Willow Group, a forward-thinking and innovative GP group providing primary care services for 48,000 patients over 5 local sites in Gosport.
Responsibilities
* Provide physical and psychological care to patients in accordance with the specified plan of care and as directed by a registered nurse or other qualified practitioner.
* Provide person-centred and safe care to all patients.
* Accurately record and report patient information to the registered nurse in a timely way and in line with agreed procedures.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role, including phlebotomy.
* A caring attitude, good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a dedicated team.
Salary and Induction
If you are new to health care we will place you on a HCSW induction programme to ensure that you are fully trained and supported to perform the role. The programme will last for up to 6 months and during this period of training you will be paid a salary of £25,272. On completion of your training period your salary will rise to £25,760 as per the advert.
