Salary: £29,000 per annum
Location: Marlow
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 08:00 16:30 (Friday 08:00 13:00)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating production machinery in line with work instructions
2. Carrying out mechanical assembly tasks to the required quality standards
3. Completing lining, finishing, and polishing operations
4. Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
5. Working from drawings, job cards, and standard operating procedures
6. Supporting team targets for productivity, quality, and safety
