About the Role
As a Senior IT / Op Model - Senior Management Consultant you will design, delivery and lead IT and digital transformation programmes including but not limited to:
* IT and digital strategy
* Innovation strategy, ideation and delivery
* Transformation programme design and execution
* Senior executive advisory
* Target operating model design and implementation
* Agile transformation design, coaching and delivery
* Strategy and implementation of technology solutions
* Sourcing strategy and tender execution
You will lead project teams on client site as well as manage and nurture client relationships. You will also help in the development of new business and drive internal initiatives that align with the overall business objectives
Responsibilities
* Design, deliver and lead major IT and digital transformation programmes
* Manage and develop key accounts, and drive new business across your portfolio
* Build client relationships
* Drive internal organisational initiatives
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in a management consultancy environment
* Demonstrable experience managing multiple complex projects at any one time
* Cross-sector experience implementing IT strategy and digital transformation programmes
* Solid experience managing the development of proposals and RFP responses
* Expert knowledge in IT and digital transformation
* Project management skills
* Experience in agile delivery
* Proven experience building and developing client relationships
* Ability to manage and develop key accounts and drive new business for account growth and client value
* Demonstrable ability to meet objectives that are aligned with overall business needs
* Passion for IT and digital trends
* Knowledge and understanding of best practice in IT and Digital transformation implementations
* Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
* Ability to work independently as well as lead project teams
* Proficient using Microsoft applications - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
