When we started to discuss replacing our retiring partner we wondered what a prospective colleague might want to know about us, that would make them interested in finding out more about working with us.
We spoke to our staff and all our co-located colleagues and asked them: If you wanted to explain what it is like to be part of this team, What 10 words would your use?
