We operate a flexible approach to working hours, including later starts and earlier finishes depending on business needs. We are looking for 3 x 6-8 session posts across the week., The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-focused clinical care to our registered patient population. This will include delivering face‑to‑face and remote consultations, assessing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, and supporting patients to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
You will contribute to the ongoing management of patients with long‑term conditions and work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care. The role also includes reviewing and acting on test results, completing clinical documentation, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping within the clinical system.
You will play an active role in supporting preventative healthcare, health promotion and patient education, helping individuals adopt healthier lifestyles and improve long‑term outcomes.
The role also offers opportunities to contribute to clinical leadership within the practice, support colleagues across the team and participate in initiatives that enhance patient care, service delivery and quality improvement.
