The goal of the Internal Sales Coordinator is to facilitate inbound sales in every possible way across the range of products for ServiceSport. The Sales Executive will assist the National Sales Manager (NSM) to drive the growth of the business with all inbound sales. As an Internal Sales Coordinator you must be enthusiastic and friendly to best aid and advise customers, to maintain the relationship and continued custom. You will contribute to meeting the sales targets set as prescribed. As an Internal Sales Coordinator you must have a good understanding and knowledge of all products / services you are selling. This expertise combined with excellent communication skills ensures the finest customer experience, which will lead to a greater volume of sales. Outstanding Internal Sales Coordinators can find the right balance between being customer-oriented and applying an approach that ensures the continuity of inbound sales remains and grows all while being professional and displaying enthusiasm. It is essential that the person must have proven experience in customer service or a sales role. They should be familiar with handling customer enquiries along with the use of the CRM system.
