We are supporting a growing organisation in the search for a Procurement Team Leader with strong experience in building materials procurement and a proven track record in leadership and people development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven procurement professional who enjoys leading teams, managing supplier relationships, and delivering impactful commercial results.
The Role
As a Procurement Team Leader, you will oversee a team of Buyers, guiding them through best-practice procurement activity and category management. You'll take ownership of the building materials category, lead sourcing activity, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure frameworks and contracts deliver maximum value.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys motivating others, and can confidently shape procurement strategy.
