We are looking for a dedicated support worker to join an exceptional care home providing nursing, residential, dementia and respite care. The position requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
Key Duties
* Promote well‑being and provide high‑quality care to residents.
* Assist with daily tasks, including personal hygiene, days out and companionship.
* Encourage independence and support vulnerable individuals with daily routines and activities.
* Ensure accurate and timely record keeping.
