HRIS Systems Analyst HRIS, iTrent / ZellisOur client is a leading UK health/Social care services provider, rapidly expanding, with a reputation for innovation and excellence and a strong values driven cultureThey urgently require a talented, dynamic HRIS Systems Analyst to help on the delivery of a key programme to modernise their core HR & Finance systemsTo be considered you will have/be:Similar HRIS platform system experience (MHR iTrent, Zellis, ICIMS, Smart Recruiters)Experience in system configuration i.e. able to configure multiple modules (e.g. core HR, Payroll, ATS)Requirements gathering document and analyse business requirementsGap Analysis: Identifies gaps between current processes and systems capabilitiesAdvises improvements to HR processes with automation & system featuresData management data mapping, cleansing, validating and migration data between systemsReport and analytics productionTesting writing test scripts, conducting UATSystem documentation produces clear documentation (e.g.
