About the role:
As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial operations supporting the Finance Director, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.
You will also be supporting the development of our finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of payroll processing and compliance.
2. Lead risk management initiatives, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
3. Prepare/review and analyse management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
4. Challenge costs against budgets and forecasts, being the steward of cash.
