Reed Talent Solutions is hiring in Slough for an Onsite Executive to join the Angard Staffing department and support the Aviation Service Delivery Team. This full‑time, fixed‑term position (until December2026) operates Tuesday‑Saturday from 13:00 to 22:00, with some shifts extending to 00:30.
Salary:£27,560
Responsibilities
* Manage the deployment and engagement of Angard workers at Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre.
* Work directly with clients, site managers, and candidates.
* Book and supervise training and induction sessions.
* Maintain the bespoke booking system (JoinedUp).
* Handle face‑to‑face, phone, and email communications with candidates and managers.
* Manage shift patterns and rotas according to site requirements.
* Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders across the client group.
* Ensure all candidates are issued with ID badges.
Qualifications
* Computer literate and confident using MS Office systems.
* Confident communicating via telephone and email.
* Team player capable of supporting colleagues as required.
* Strong customer service orientation.
