Your Role
As our SENDCO, you will be the driving force behind innovative and evidence-based support for children with identified SEND needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Efficiently managing SEND provision across the school.
* Providing professional guidance to ensure high-quality teaching.
* Monitoring and evaluating the progress of SEND students to enhance teaching and learning.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* Qualified Teacher Status and a commitment to ongoing SEND professional development.
* Experience working with parents to support SEND children.
* A proven track record as an excellent classroom teacher.
* A thorough understanding of statutory regulations related to SEND and equality.
* Experience collaborating with external agencies.
