PART TIME PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR (16 hours Monday and Tuesday)
Duties/Responsibilities
· Liaise with Payroll bureau
· Collating all timesheets from the relevant Managers
· Cross referencing of all job sheets to submitted time sheets
· Checking break entitlements taken
· Inputting and uploading all information via a spreadsheet
· Any deductions to be dealt with e.g. attachment of earnings
· Maintain confidentiality of employees' pay records at all times
· Complete payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
· Ensure all information is received to the set deadlines
· Assist with Purchase Ledger
· Assist with Credit Control
· Other Ad-hoc administration/office duties;
· Line Manager or Director requests are to be completed within the same day or within timescale provided by them.
Experienced required
* Administration
* Excellent organization skills
* Good communications skills, written and verbal
* An ability to work efficiently under pressure
