Job introduction

Are you passionate about improving social housing and making an improvement to residents across Brighton & Hove?

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Major Works Project Manager to join our Programme delivery team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering major refurbishment works across our housing portfolio.

This is a challenging role where you will lead on multiple projects at any one time and be accountable for their success.

About the role

This is a dynamic and rewarding role that involves managing refurbishment projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and residents to ensure that every project meets regulatory requirements and delivers excellent customer outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to our commitment to improving homes and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Your experience should be in delivering refurbishment projects that range from £500k to £10m in value, and you will have knowledge and experience of Building Safety Regulator requirements in Higher-Risk Buildings.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hoursor term-time only.

Please note this job is hybrid working, with the expectation that you will work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week. The office location is:
