Regional Sales Manager (North East) - SFS
Salary: Competitive Package + Commission + Company Car
About the Role
Our client, a leader in fast-track galvanised steel framing solutions, is seeking a proactive Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the North East. You'll represent innovative SFS products across residential, education, healthcare and commercial projects, developing strong customer relationships and supporting technical design requirements.
Ideal Candidate
Proven technical sales experience, ideally within steel or construction.
Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a wider team.
Confident in interpreting drawings and discussing technical details with clients.
Fully computer-literate and able to manage a regional sales territory effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets with support from internal sales and engineering teams.
Review drawings and contribute to design discussions to ensure practical, cost-efficient solutions.
Build and support relationships with installers, sharing leads and driving project opportunities.
Deliver professional technical presentations at CPD events and client meetings.
Coordinate design input with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients.
Negotiate commercial terms while protecting margin and pricing.
Manage multiple live projects, providing updates and guiding them through to tender stage.
Promote cost-effective framing solutions and maximise sales opportunities across the region.
