Position: Administrative Officer
Pay Rate: £13.41 per hour
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri, flexi hours between 7.30am-6pm
Duration: up to 29th March 2026
Start Date: ASAP
Location: The Appeals Service, Omagh Library, 1 Spillars Place, Omagh BT78 1HL
Job Duties:
General Admin duties including filing, photocopying, file tracing & IT work
Essential Criteria:
1. 2 GCSE’s A*-C including Maths and English (must be able to show evidence)
Desired Experience:
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Have good knowledge of using software packages e.g., Microsoft office
Please note this is not a hybrid role, full time office based.
