Salary: £25,789 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

About the Role
We are supporting a well‑established manufacturing company in Prescot who are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their friendly, supportive office team. This is a full‑time, office‑based position offering stable hours, a competitive salary, and the chance to build a long‑term career within a reputable organisation.
You will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the full order process, handling enquiries by phone and email, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
* Accurately process customer orders using internal systems
* Manage order‑related queries, including amendments, delivery updates, and lead times
* Provide after‑sales support and resolve customer issues
* Liaise with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment
* Maintain accurate customer information and order records
About You
* Experience in customer service, call centres, retail, or hospitality
* Confident communicator with strong telephone and written skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable using order management systems and office software (full training provided)
* Customer‑focused, proactive, and solutions‑driven
