Your journey starts here You’ll kick off with a 6-week onboarding and training programme, based at our Trentham offices, starting 7th April. This isn’t “sit and listen” training. You’ll learn: How our award-winning business really works What motivates our customers, and how to turn that into confident sales How to use our systems, platforms, and exclusive holiday deals How to sell with confidence, personality, and credibility New to travel? Already experienced? Either way, we’ll give you the tools, support, and belief to succeed. What you’ll be doing As a Personal Travel Advisor, you’ll create standout customer experiences every day. You’ll: Speak to customers and discover what really matters to them Create tailored holiday quotes that feel personal, exciting, and spot-on Confidently close sales, handling objections and maximising opportunities Build lasting relationships that drive loyalty and repeat bookings Hit (and exceed) individual and team targets in a high-energy environment Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, winning sales culture What we’re looking for You don’t need a travel background, but you do need drive.
