Waracle are looking for a Talent Partner for an exciting new role joining our world-class digital technology consultancy and home to a diverse, smart, curious and ambitious community of specialists in technology-driven transformation.
This is a hybrid role working from our Glasgow office 2 days a week.

What you’ll do
* Proactively interact with candidates across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and through Boolean searches.
* Guide candidates through every stage of the recruitment journey, from initial phone screenings and scheduling interviews to managing offers and facilitating smooth onboarding.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and hiring managers, offering timely updates, guidance, and expert advice throughout the hiring process.
* Understand candidates\' drivers and motivations to effectively aid in salary negotiations and secure the best fit for both parties.
* Actively contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the Talent and People department, as well as the wider business to foster a culture of innovation.
* Understand salary vs. margin decisions and their cost-related impacts, using this insight to inform actions.
* Consistently serve as a brand ambassador, championing the importance of employer branding in attracting talent.
* Utilise data to evaluate recruitment performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Proven experience recruiting Technology, Product and/or Data roles, either from in house or agency.
* Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
* Experience in both permanent and contract recruitment.
* Knowledge of the UK tech market and ability to advise hiring managers and manage expectations.
* Ability to engage and source both active and passive candidates using various sourcing techniques and platforms.
* Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
