We are currently seeking a enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to help support the day-to-day operation of busy high standard and pressured environment in the center of Bristol.
As a Hospitality Assistant you will
-Deliver a professional and efficient service to high profile clients at the highest of standards, whilst helping support our Manager in delivering exceptional customer service.
-Prepping for service
-Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving food and beverages
-Managing stock levels, receiving and storing hospitality deliveries
-Responding to customer queries,
-Room set ups to the required standards as well
-AV support
-Ensuring cleanliness in client, kitchen and service areas.
As a key team member, you'll assist with opening and closing procedures, contribute to weekly stock takes, and uphold our environmental and recycling policies. You will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for customer satisfaction, and will be ready to take on diverse responsibilities.
You will have excellent customer service skills and will thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards. You will be a strong team player with the ability to work independently, and will be calm, presentable, and approachable always. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for effective communication with customers and following instructions from line managers.
The role is a 37.5 hour a week contract and your hours will fall between 7am and 7pm over 5 days Monday to Friday.
Your holiday entitlement will be 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and you will be given an extra day off for your birthday.
