Property Team Manager

We’re looking for a motivational and people-focused leader to join our thriving Property Management team at Entwistle Green, part of the UK’s largest property services brand.
As Property Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of dedicated letting professionals managing over 2,500 residential properties from our welcoming Maghull Property Management Centre.
You’ll play a key role in shaping service excellence, supporting your team’s growth, and being a vital link between our branch network and property managers.

Responsibilities of a Property Team Manager:
9. Overseeing a team of up to seven Property Managers, to ensure productivity, efficiency, and customer retention
10. Creating a team environment that is fun and productive where colleagues support each other to achieve individual, team and company goals
11. Leading and motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service
12. Engaging in and encouraging your team to develop excellent relationships with local branch colleagues
13. Overseeing training, development and coaching of your team to get great results
14. Monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
15. Working closely with your Head of Property Management to ensure company objectives are hit
Skills required of a Property Team Manager:
16. Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.
17. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
18. A proactive, customer-first mindset.
19. Organised, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure.
20. Property experience is a bonus—but not essential.
