We are currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join this thriving and increasingly popular kitchen. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations, including managing the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensuring smooth service.
Key responsibilities include mentoring junior chefs, managing stock and inventory, placing orders, and handling invoicing. You'll also take charge of the pass during service and lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
