Using your expertise and passion for improving young people's outcomes, you'll visit our homes to identify development priorities in your area of responsibility. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership teams, supporting them to enhance their homes and ensure the best outcomes for our young people. You will lead change initiatives and support a team dedicated to development, aligning with the Witherslack Group's vision and values. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead care development initiatives within children's homes.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement effective change management strategies.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to support development and ensure high standards.
Requirements:
* At least 4 years' experience working in children's homes at a senior level within the last three years.
* Professional qualification at Level 3 in Working with Children and Young People (or equivalent).
* Desirable: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months and willingness to travel nationwide.
