Our clients themselves founded the business after years of working both within the UK and formally one of Dubai's top real estate firms before going out on their own. So, you'll be joining a team who are able to fully support your transition having done it themselves successfully.
Ideally, for this position, they are seeking entrepreneurial individuals, preferably with a background in the property sector.
The successful Estate Agent will be offered:
1. This is a commission-only position with 50% on properties sold
2. £50,000 - £100,000 OTE tax-free in your first year

Working Hours:
As a Estate Agent you will be working full time.
Requirements for the role of Estate Agent:
9. Passion for property
10. Experience within the property industry isn't essential to be considered for this position but would be an advantage
11. Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close for business
12. Excellent customer service
13. Driving licence
14. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to be successful in this position
Responsibilities included in the role of Estate Agent:
15. Book and attend valuations
16. Arrange and conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.
17. Negotiating
18. Building your own brand using social media and networking events
19. Manage and build strong customer relationships
20. Marketing your properties
21. Arrange and attend meetings with buyers /sellers
22. Maintain records using the internal company CRM and software
23. Coordinate and supervise offers, transactions and deals until the moment of payment by the buyer
24. Source properties within your assigned patch with the intention of selling them on behalf of the owner
25. Qualifying leads, both buyers and owners
26. Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape
