Randstad are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Early Years (EY) Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our schools in Watford to be part of their dynamic team. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young learners in their crucial early years of education, as well as expanding your experience working as a TA.

Responsibilities of your Early Years TA role:
1. Provide one-on-one support to children with varying abilities and learning styles
2. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom
3. Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
4. Promote educational and social/emotional well-being, fostering a culture of respect in the classroom
5. Work collaboratively with the teaching team and parents to ensure effective communication
6. Assist in observing and assessing children's progress, contributing to the ongoing evaluation of individuals
Requirements for the Early Years TA role:
7. Level 2 or 3 in childcare (desirable)
8. Previous experience working in an early years setting (essential)
9. A genuine enthusiasm and passion for working with young children
10. Ability to work collaboratively within a team
