Drake & Morgan are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team.
Since opening in 2008, our collection has expanded to 17 beautiful bars and restaurants in London and Manchester.
We aim to create a space where locals and visitors can enjoy inspired menus and innovative cocktails in a welcoming environment. An escape from the everyday.
Role
We seek Sales Managers with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who enjoy engaging with clients after a day of business development. Ideally, candidates will have a sales background and a passion for the hospitality industry.
The role involves selling to like-minded individuals and corporate clients, with opportunities to pre-book and plan events, parties, or functions, fostering high levels of repeat and referral business from existing leads and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a positive, vibrant attitude and passion for the industry
* Drive guest list and area bookings for social and corporate events, networking, and building client relationships
* Conduct face-to-face meetings and venue show rounds
* Build new relationships and develop new business
* Promote themed events
* Manage booking systems and perform venue admin
* Visit new businesses weekly
* Maintain relationships with existing customers
* Achieve sales targets
