This role will provide high-quality Project Management Office (PMO) management to support the implementation of actions and initiatives forming part of the Pay & Conditions programme and the Academic Career and Reward Framework.

Salary: £39.424 - £47,779 per annum
Contract: Full Time /Fixed Term Contract (7 Months), also a possible secondment opportunity

About the Role
• Establish and manage effective PMO frameworks, reporting, and governance
• Provide central programme oversight, tracking performance, risks, dependencies, and benefits
• Produce clear insight and reporting for decision-makers
• Work closely with project managers and senior stakeholders to support delivery
• Lead the effective use and development of programme tools, including Wrike (our project management platform)
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
About You
• Strong experience in PMO leadership within large and complex programmes
• Ability to design and enhance PMO processes, reporting, and governance
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proficiency with Wrike (or similar project management tools) and Microsoft 365
Experience in organisational change, HR-related programmes, or higher education environments is desirable.
