Job Description
The Commercial Property Locum will be:
3. Managing acquisitions and disposals across a varied property estate
4. Handling lease renewals and related landlord and tenant matters
5. Advising on property litigation issues
6. Supporting the wider legal and estates teams on commercial property work
7. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating property documentation
8. Providing pragmatic advice to internal stakeholders
9. Helping manage a busy workload from day one
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Property Locum should be:
10. A solicitor or equivalent with strong commercial property experience
11. Available to start immediately
12. Confident handling acquisitions, disposals and lease renewals
13. Experienced in property litigation matters
14. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
15. Happy to attend the Northampton office two days per week
