What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing IT teams, preferably in an MSP environment, with a strong focus on operational leadership. Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, server hardware, operating systems, hypervisors, and networking equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations in high-pressure environments. Commitment to ongoing development, ideally with or working toward Microsoft Expert-level certifications. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
