We’re on the lookout for an experienced Legal PA / Secretary to join our team and support one of our Senior Solicitors. If you're highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-level PA and secretarial support to a senior solicitor
Typing and preparing legal documents and correspondence
Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
Liaising with clients and arranging appointments
Maintaining accurate files and records
General administrative support as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or PA (ideally in a family law firm)
Excellent typing and IT skills (Microsoft Office, case management systems)
Organised, efficient, and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude
