About the Role
As part of its global expansion strategy, we are looking for a seasoned and passionate Global Business Development & Product Alliances Manager to strengthen its European influence, brand presence, and sourcing expertise. The role reports directly to the founder and will lead initiatives such as executing international trunk show events and sourcing strategic brand collaborations beyond apparel.
The focus is on expanding RRJ’s presence in global luxury markets—particularly in London, New York, and Dubai—through curated pop-up events and co-branded product launches aligned with the brand's heritage aesthetic.
Responsibilities include identifying retail partners, managing event logistics, and engaging directly with VIP customers. The manager will also develop and oversee cross-category collaborations, negotiating partnerships with like-minded designers and ensuring each project aligns with the brand’s identity and strategy.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or fashion-related studies are a plus.

* 5–7 years of experience in international business development or partnerships within the luxury fashion or lifestyle sectors
* A proven track record of managing successful collaborations or events
* A strong appreciation for design and craftsmanship
* A commercial mindset and global market fluency

Languages
* Fluency in English is essential
