Catering Assistant
Location: National Railway Museum, York
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Zero-hour contract, working across a 7 day a week operation. Primarily daytime hours; however, weekend work is required, along with flexibility to work occasional evenings for events.
We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Catering Assistant's to join our busy, successful catering team at the National Railway Museum on a flexible, zero-hour basis. As a member of the front of house team, you will be part of a hard-working, friendly group who all have the same goal – to deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors.
This role requires you to be responsible for a variety of tasks, including providing a friendly and welcoming service to all café visitors, assisting with the preparation and service of food and beverages, serving customers and operating the till, clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, handling cash, supporting stock control processes and supporting with occasional evening events.

Shifts
