Join the team at Claire’s in Taunton, England, United Kingdom as a Part-Time Supervisor/Manager. This role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
* Own the Sales Game: crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
* Piercing Excellence: participate in comprehensive training, conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address customer questions and concerns throughout the process.
* Keep It Fresh: maintain attractive store displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
* Team Collaboration: support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, high-energy environment for customers and coworkers.
* Brand Representation: showcase Claire’s products and services, stay aligned with fashion and social media trends, and help customers find their perfect style.
* Store Operations: manage inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotional activities to reflect Claire’s fun and joyful brand.
* Create Shareable Moments: encourage customers to share their Claire’s experiences on social media.
About You

Job Requirements
* Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
* Proficiency with POS systems to facilitate transactions and support store operations.
* Some high school completed and at least one year of retail management experience.
* Physical ability to stand during shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
* Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders or step stools while stocking and assisting customers.
* Passion for helping customers express themselves and staying up-to-date with fashion trends.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
* Mathematical aptitude for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to work independently at times.
* Demonstrated interest in fashion and customer service excellence.
* Ability to create curated fashion looks with product during shifts.
