Offer description

The CURA Kensington, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott.

Salary – Competitive Salary + Service charge + Excellent Benefits

About the
Hotel

CURA Kensington has proudly completed its transformation into a bold
Marriott Lifestyle Hotel as part of the Tribute Portfolio. With 132
contemporary bedrooms, a brand-new restaurant and bar, and a creative,
independent spirit at its core, our hotel is now a vibrant destination for both
travellers and locals.

This exciting new chapter offers a unique opportunity to be part of a
refreshed Food & Beverage experience that embodies the character of Tribute
Portfolio and the warmth of Marriott hospitality.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be at the heart
of our guest experience, creating memorable moments across our restaurant,
bar, and breakfast service. From welcoming guests in the morning to serving
cocktails in the evening, you’ll deliver warm, attentive service and bring
energy to every interaction.

You’ll work closely with the Restaurant & Bar Supervisor and
F&B Manager, supporting smooth daily operations and ensuring service is
consistently of the highest standard.

Your
Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional
service across breakfast, restaurant, and bar shifts.

* Welcome guests warmly,
take orders accurately, and anticipate individual needs.

* Ensure buffet and à la
carte service is well-presented, efficient, and engaging.

* Support bar service —
preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails and speciality
drinks.

* Handle guest feedback
positively, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.

* Maintain cleanliness,
organisation, and presentation across all F&B outlets.

* Assist with setting up
and closing down the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.

* Work collaboratively
with colleagues to support promotions, themed events, and group bookings.

* Uphold compliance with
food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing standards.

About You

* Previous hospitality or
customer service experience is an advantage, but full training will be
provided.

* A natural people-person
with energy, warmth, and a genuine passion for guest service.

* Flexible and adaptable,
with the ability to work across breakfast, restaurant, and bar shifts.

* Eager to learn and grow
within a global hotel brand.

* Reliable, professional,
and a great team player.

What We
Offer

* Competitive salary

* Global Marriott
employee discounts on rooms, dining, and experiences

* Free meals on duty and
uniform provided

* Guest experience stay
to immerse you in the brand

* Career development
pathways with Marriott International

* A supportive and
inclusive team culture

* Pension scheme,
recognition programmes, and wellbeing initiatives

* Regular team social and
engagement events

Your Smile,
Their Experience.

This is more than a role — it’s a chance to be part of a hotel that
blends energy, style, and hospitality. If you’re ready to bring personality,
passion, and professionalism to every guest interaction, we’d love to hear from
you.
