Attention all Newly Qualified Accountants or 1-2 years Post Qualified.My client has created a new role as Finance Business Partner to keep up with the demands of the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a "best in class" organisation that's growing from strength to strength.This is a really exciting opportunity that you can put your own stamp on.The organisation currently work with a 3rd party external business to manage key projects. The FBP will be the bridge between the organisation and the 3rd party business, ensuring that all the projects are delivered on time and to budget. There will also be a number of "in house" managed projects that you will also manage the finances for.The FBP will work within a team to provide strategic, value -adding financial insight and analysis to senior management and budget owners both internally and externally focusing mainly on Budget management and forecasting.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
3. A qualified Accountant through ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
6. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to financial challenges.
