About the role:
As a Domiciliary Support Worker, you will assist with daily living tasks such as domestic chores, social support, personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and managing finances.
You will also facilitate activities within the community and be prepared to work in all weather conditions, as many supported individuals lead active lifestyles.
This role supports individuals with varying levels of learning disabilities and Autism. You will be required to cover sleep-in shifts, with an allowance provided.
The role involves various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. Sleep-in shifts include an additional allowance.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential. We value enthusiasm and a can-do attitude, and full training will be provided, including shadow shifts with experienced staff.
You must be over 18 years old. A UK full driving license is advantageous. A DBS check for both adult and child roles will be required.
