Key Responsibilities: Running a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents Carrying out title checks, property searches, and investigations Communicating with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents Handling all aspects of post-completion work, including registrations and submissions What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a conveyancing paralegal In-depth knowledge of residential property law and the conveyancing process Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines Confident communication and client care skills Experience using legal case management systems Why Join This Firm?
