Are you a passionate and experienced SENCO looking for a flexible, rewarding role supporting schools across Bradford? Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated professionals to join our amazing network of schools, helping pupils with additional needs to shine their brightest ✨
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school
Support teachers and TAs in delivering inclusive, high-quality learning
Liaise with parents, external agencies and senior leaders
Oversee EHCP processes and ensure statutory compliance
Implement strategies that make a real impact for pupils with additional needs
What We’re Looking For:
Holder of the National SENCO Award (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
Excellent communication and leadership skills
❤️ Empathetic, proactive, and passionate about inclusion
Previous SENCO or senior SEND experience in a school setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
