In this exciting role, you’ll manage conference and events enquiries from start to finish, exceed sales targets by providing tailored solutions, and build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business. With excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills, you’ll champion Sodexo Live!’s high standards while working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences. What You'll Do:
* Manage and convert conference & events enquiries, delivering a seamless client journey from first contact through to event delivery
* Exceed sales targets by tailoring creative solutions to meet client needs
* Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals
* Champion the Sodexo Live! sales culture, using our CRM tools to manage data and maximise opportunities
* Deliver professional, timely, and accurate proposals, quotes, contracts, and follow-ups
* Support the Sales Manager and wider operational teams to ensure every event lives up to its promise
What You Bring:
* Proven track record in sales, ideally within hospitality, events, or venues
* Strong knowledge of the local market and a client-focused approach
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident telephone manner
* Highly organised, able to prioritise under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
* A team player with energy, drive, and a passion for delivering results
